FAQ's


Where are the garments manufactured?

Here at Stella Industries we are very proud to be 100% made in America. Our factory is located out of Los Angeles, CA and all goods are manufactured/shipped from this location.


How do I receive a friend invitation credit?

Invite your friends to create a Stella account and receive a $10 credit toward Stella Industries products when each new friend joins and places their first order.


When can I expect to receive my order?

Stella Industries strives to make your shopping experience as simple and quick as possible. As a result, we will process/ship your order within 1 - 2 days of receipt. All orders are shipped UPS Ground unless otherwise specified.  Ship periods vary depending on location; please see shipping guidelines/procedures for further details.


An item that I want is sold out. Will it ever become available again?

All of our garments are cut to sell thus greatly limiting the amount of stock we have available. Unfortunately, only those items listed as in stock on the website will be available to purchase. Once they are gone, they’re really gone - yet another reason to grab those items you want before it is too late!


How do I invite my friends?

You can never have enough friends and we’d love to know yours! Once logged into the site look for "Invite A Friend" located in the top bar of any page. Enter the email addresses of the friends you would like to invite, and we will extend the invitations. As a Stella Industries Member, you will earn a $10 credit when any new Member you invite places their first order.


How do I receive my credit?

You'll receive an email from us once a friend you invited has placed their first order and your account will be credited each time that happens. You can also view this in the My Account section of the site. You will automatically receive your credit on your next order. As more friends you’ve recommended join and place their first order, your account balance will continue to grow!


Can I order by phone?

Unfortunately, we are only able to take orders via the website.


How can I change my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, once you have placed an order through the website there is no way to cancel or modify it. You may place an additional order at any time or return the item within the 10 day return time frame with all tags attached.


Will you collect sales tax on my order?

We are required by law to collect state sales tax on all orders shipped within California.


How much is shipping?

Please see our Shipping Policies & Procedures page for more information regarding cost of shipping.


What is the return policy?

We will happily accept returns within 10 days of receipt of purchase. The items must not have been worn, washed or altered. Please note we can only accept returned garments that still have all of their original tags attached. We will not accept returned garments that arrive without their tags. For more information and instructions on how to return an item, please visit our Returns Page.


Can I exchange an item?

Dependant completely on stock availability. Exchanges will be determined on a case by case basis. If we are out of stock, you are eligible for a refund if returned in compliance with our return policy or a store credit towards your next purchase. Credits are not transferable.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on items that have not been worn, altered or washed, and with all original tags attached. Return or exchange requests must be made within 10 days of the receipt date and accompanied by the original receipt and a return merchandise form. Merchandise purchased at a retail shop cannot be returned. We cannot accept items that were not purchased online. Goods purchased in a retail shop maybe returned to the retail shop. Please contact the retail shop directly. We have the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet Stella Industries’ return policy requirements.


Returns


Please follow the instructions below:

1. Email Stella directly at Stella Industries website customer enquiries, to notify her of your return on merchandise. From here Stella can assist you and answer any questions or concerns regarding an exchange, merchandise fit, sizing questions, etc.  If there are no questions to ask and simply want to make a return, just alert us so we can expect your package.


2. Click here to download and print a return authorization form. Make sure the form is completely filled out and include it inside the package of merchandise being returned.


3. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid and insured and must include the return authorization form. Please ship to:

We do not reimburse shipping charges. Our recommendation is to use a service that provides you with a tracking number, as your parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.


4. Once the merchandise has been received and inspected, an email will be sent out to the provided email address notifying you on the status of your return.


5. A refund will be issued to the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. Shipping charges are not refundable.  We will process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 15 days for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement.  If an item is returned without a Return Authorization Form, we will not refund you and you are responsible for the return shipping from Stella Industries back to you.


6. Once Stellaindustries.com receives the returned item, we will issue the appropriate refund and then send you a copy of your new receipt via post mail.


Exchanges


Return or exchange requests must be made within 10 days of the receipt date and accompanied by the original receipt and a return merchandise form. We have the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet Stella Industries’ return policy requirements.


a. If you would like to exchange an item, you will need to download a Return Authorization Form. Make sure the form is completely filled out and include it inside the package of merchandise being returned. You will need to note the name of the item you wish to exchange for in hand. Also, if any additional payment needs to be charged, please have your credit/debit card details ready.


b. Email Stella directly at shop@stellaindustries.com, to notify us of your return on merchandise. From here Stella can assist you and answer any questions or concerns regarding an exchange, merchandise fit, sizing questions, etc.


c. Any items returned to us must be in their original condition- if they are not, we will not be able to accept them.  


d. Merchandise must be shipped securely packaged, pre-paid and insured and must include the return authorization from. Please ship to:

Shipping costs are borne by the purchaser and based on the shipping method you choose.


All merchandise orders are fulfilled within 48 hours of receipt of your order. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays, and most orders placed after 3:00pm PST Friday, will be shipped out on Monday.
