Your privacy and security rights pertaining to your personal information collected by Super Stella Industries, LLC d/b/a Stella Industries (hereinafter “Stella”), online to facilitate your purchase(s) is of the highest importance to us. Also not covered under this policy are our retail stores that may be in existence currently or in the future or other Retailers that carry Stella’s clothing line. We take all steps possible to limit unauthorized access to your personal information including limiting the number of internal employees with access to your personal information and utilizing password protections to access your personal information. Please take notice that e-mails to and from us are not encrypted and should not contain personal information or credit card information.

We are not responsible for any information that may be collected by websites accessed through links and/or third parties whether or not provided by us. You are solely responsible for the transmission of your personal information through this or any other site. At this time we only accept credit charge transactions through this Site, and we do not accept telephone orders.

Stella’s privacy policy details what information we collect in order for you to make informed choices regarding your personal information.

Your California Privacy Rights
Under California Civil Code sections 1798.83-1798.84, California residents are entitled to ask us for a notice describing what categories of personal customer information we share with third parties or corporate affiliates for those third parties or corporate affiliates' direct marketing purposes. That notice will identify the categories of information shared and will include a list of the third parties and affiliates with which it was shared, along with their names and addresses. Please take Notice that at this time, Stella does not share information with personal customer information with third parties or corporate affiliates for direct marketing purposes. Therefore, Stella reserves the right to not respond to requests for this CA privacy notice unless and until we change this policy and post it on our Site.
